The beach season runs from spring to autumn, when the outdoor pools, beach snack and à la carte restaurants are operating. Winter also has its advantages, with a heated indoor pool, a dedicated programme from 1 November to 31 March and a quieter atmosphere.
Djerba enjoys sunshine for much of the year, with hot summers and mild winters. The water slides and beach bar open in summer, depending on the weather conditions on the day.
Djerba Airport is 30 km away, while the hotel is located in the 4116 tourist area of Midoun. Transfers can be arranged at reception by private car or taxi, at an additional charge. Midoun town centre is 6 km away and Houmt Souk is 23 km away.
The package includes meals and snacks at the Carthage Restaurant, local drinks with or without alcohol until midnight, the in-room safe, sports activities and the entertainment programme. Guests are required to wear an all-inclusive wristband.
International drinks, spa treatments, hairdressing services, billiards, evening lighting for the tennis courts and airport transfers are available at an additional charge. The fitness centre is available free of charge.
One dinner at each restaurant is included per stay, by reservation: Dolce Vita from 15 June to 15 September, and Sidi Bou Saïd from 1 May to 31 October, from 7:00 to 9:00 pm. Carthage provides the rest of the dining service.
A mini-club is available every day for children aged 4–7 and 8–12, while teenagers aged 13–17 have a dedicated programme several times a week. There is also a playground, a dedicated children’s pool, high chairs in the restaurant and baby cots on request.
The hotel is located directly on the beach, with a dedicated area and complimentary sun loungers and parasols. Beach towels are available against a towel card.
